Originally established to meet the BSK, CRS1, and CRS2 demands in Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Gebze, Ayhanlar Yol Asfaltlama San. ve Tic. A.Ş. has successfully undertaken numerous large-scale projects both domestically and internationally. With its commitment to high-quality service, the company has become a flagship entity within Ayhanlar Holding.

Our company has an annual production capacity of 3,000,000 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). Within the scope of HMA production, we offer various solutions tailored to different road conditions, including binder bituminous base, joint wear layers, and mastic-modified asphalt.

The production of mechanical infrastructure materials is carried out with nearly 100% success rate through rigorous laboratory analyses, sieve tests, and compaction tests. Our laboratories continuously adapt to new technical advancements based on customer demands. Additionally, aggregates produced by Aytaş, another subsidiary of Ayhanlar Holding, undergo meticulous testing before being used in Ayhanlar Yol’s projects.

Formula 1 Istanbul Park: Turkey’s First F1 Circuit

Istanbul Park, Turkey’s first Formula 1 race track, was built by our company and has gained international acclaim. Completed in 2005, this project is considered one of the most prestigious race circuits in the world and is frequently praised by Formula 1 drivers.

Michael Schumacher described the track’s unique characteristics with the following words:

"At first, it didn’t seem very challenging, but once you're inside the car, everything looks completely different... The track has a distinct character. Some corners, like Turn 1, have blind exits, which makes them very interesting. Turn 8, on the other hand, is another difficult section that can be tackled using multiple racing lines."

Lewis Hamilton highlighted the technical challenges of the circuit:

"This is an incredibly enjoyable track to drive. It presents many different challenges and offers great overtaking opportunities. The circuit is quite wide, which provides an advantage for the drivers. It is physically very demanding—especially high-speed sections like Turn 8 and the track temperature make it a true test for drivers."
